The committed commercial team supplies total recruitment solutions to a larger number of blue chip companies throughout the West Midlands area; the commercial division covers both temporary and permanent recruitment.
The commercial team prides itself on its belief that no company's requirement is too large or too small and it is always actively seeking appropriate personnel capable of meeting the needs of its customers.
Temporary workers can be available to work at a company within the hour. All applicants are thoroughly interviewed and must provide good references from past employers with particular attention being paid to time keeping and quality of work.
Commercial staff are also supplied to companies who wish to employ a person on a permanent basis.
Permanent recruitment can be offered through our Temp to Perm route, where the applicants work as a temporary worker for an agreed number of weeks before the temporary worker is taken on with no fee further payable.
For those companies who wish to employ a person immediately, an introduction fee is payable. Companies who use this method are under no obligation by using our services, as no fee is payable until the company actually employs a person put forward by us.
All interviews are performed by our fully trained consultants who are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for the convenience of both applicants and companies; this availability allows them to cater for any recruitment or solve any potential problem.
