Training and development has a vital role to play in improving performance and maintaining a competitive edge. Nova Recruitment Services Ltd is committed to this ideal and NRS Training was established to promote these issues in the modern workplace.

Training is provided through pre-scheduled open workshops of the highest standard and through a bespoke service, which is offered to meet the particular needs of a client's own employees or business requirements.

The open workshops are designed to motivate the customer's own personnel and to improve their knowledge and communication skills. Scheduled Courses are drawn up every six months and early booking is advised, as spaces are restricted to ensure maximum quality.

Our bespoke training allows all training to be tailor made to a client's particular needs and also enables us to provide training in diverse areas such as export, employment law, fire marshal and those areas of training not easily accessed.

Training is provided between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm or scheduled over days, evening or weekends as necessary. Training can be conducted on site or at Nova's training facility. The hire of Training Suites is available.
